clean and good location for a good price
Nothing to complain about. The hotel was clean and has an "okay" breakfast included. It’s located close to a little, nice shopping mall, not too far away to the beach (by car) and "downtown" Sandwich. There’s a restaurant right next to the hotel with really excellent food that provides discount for the hotel visitors.

Rusty, Dusty & Musty
If you don’t mind "run down" accommodations, this place is for you. Considering the location and time of year, the price is fair, but considering the price, the room condition is incredibly poor. Room smelled horribly of wetness; stains in the rug, peeling paint on the dilapidated windows, poor lighting and even poorer plumbing. I felt like I got out of the shower dirtier than I went in... The front desk (one worker) was completely overwhelmed with phone calls, complaints and a line out the door. I cant imagine what its like in season. The internet was fast and free though!
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Stay here of you need a quick shot to the cape but need to save a few bucks if you don’t mind squalor.
