Can’t wait to go back

Many items are broken, no elevators to ground floor so that guests have to carry their own luggages, making mistakes for room management so that some one might break into your room in the middle of the night, the most wierd elevator I have ever seen, creepy and not at all comfortable.

Not bad for the centre

The area’s not super-salubrious, as other reviews have made clear. But it seemed pretty safe. Rooms on small side, but fine and comfortable. Service pretty friendly. Overall a good place to stay if you’re not rich, and if a central location is more important than 5* comfort.

Not Fantastic

This Hotel probably deserved its 4* rating 20 years ago. But things move on and its really only a 3* at best. The rooms are cramped and the public areas a bit shabby. Furthermore the surrounding area is rather seedy, noisy and run down and as other posters have pointed out it’s in the red light area. Staff were polite & helpful but only if you speak French. You will probably find better value elsewhere which I did for only a little bit more cost.
