Hotel is in a good location; staff are helpfil and friendly; good facilities; excellent choice of food - breakfast and evening dinner. Would certainly use it again.

we will be going again to stresa and will book this hotel again
all the staff in this hotel are very polite helpful. when we asked for certain things they did exactly what we asked of them. the hotel was beautifully managed and so many areas where one could just sit and watch the world go by.the outdoor pool and gardens where all kept beautifully.when we asked for a room change be cause the view wasnt what we had asked for ther was no problem they changed us next day.i would recommend this hotel highly.

Excellent Hotel
Great location, very nice hotel rooms and amenities, great pools and good breakfast buffet. The staff even provided "packed breakfast" for us because our check-out was prior to the start of breakfast buffet.
