Comfortable, friendly atmosphere
Very efficient staff, well maintained and good location for either going into Letterkenny or for trips to the country. Made my stay quite enjoyable. Bar needs to speed up their service just a bit!

All good but one small bump
I booked the hotel for several colleagues as a bonus. The hotel was all that you would expect from a 4 star hotel, clean, tidy good food and pleasant staff. Unfortunately although paid for in advance by me several of my guests were charged for their room after i had checked out. They were embarrassed and so was I. Hotels.com in process of sorting refund.
Good golf course nearby.

The problem i had with this hotel was the room had no air con. It was in the middle of summer but it was by no means good weather and the room was like an oven. We requested a fan at 4am which was delivered within 10 mins. It still didnt help in getting a good nights sleep. The receptionist said its a known problem. Why arent the fans kept as standard in a room with no air con if its a known issue. Other than that the hotel was quite nice and provided a good breakfast.
