Room with a View
A friend and I stayed at the Park Plaza as a treat after going to a charity Ball in Leeds. I booked an executive room. The corner room (1811) was on the 18th floor with large windows on two sides giving the most amazing view over the city. The room was nice and clean, big with a nice bathroom. However, there wasn’t a full length mirror, bit of a problem as we were getting ready to go to a do. However, the worst thing was the room service - we waited an hour to get some things for breakfast then they brought the wrong things with cold tea. There wasn’t a table in the room, we had to sit at the desk, both facing the window. At least the very nice receptionist knocked it off the bill and apologised. But the view across the city eating breakfast made up for it. Downstairs was a bit drab - and they let hen parties stay - making it a bit rough and noisy at night.

Perfect for a night out in leeds
Totally ideal for a night out. 2 mins walk from train station. There was a full length mirror in the room and a dressing table so good for getting ready. The bar staff were friendly when we arrived back in after hitting the town. Lovely big comfy bed, only downside was noise from air con but it was not so hot we needed it on.
