Located at shopper’s heaven !
Fantastically positioned for KL’s shopping emporia ! This hotel surprised in terms of quality and service - despite being busy and buzzy the hotel delivers on every count. The breakfast is truly outstanding..... Highly recommended.

Lobby/lounge area is small. Breakfast could be improved. Location is good. Rooms are functional.

The leisure lounge no 1 in KL
Me and my newly wed wife spend 3 days in Kuala Lumpur at the Westin in a Club Floor Room. The room was situated on the 33th floor with excellent view of the Petronas Towers. We enjoyed the access of the "Excecutive Lounge" and found it very nice with the complimentary snacks and drinks. We can warmly recommend the Westin and happily come back for future visits. Although there are many nice and competative hotels in the city that probalby are worth a visit and as good as the Westin in KL.
