had a great time
The hotel was very nice and close to the beach. we showed up early and they accomidated us except there was no place to store our bags until the room was ready so they just let us leave them in the lobby. The rooms were very comfortable

It was "okay"
Lack of customer service. Air-conditioning wasn’t that cold. But location was great and breakfast was good.

Needs Improvement
Location was great. Room itself was nice but the hallways were covered with indoor/outdoor carpeting that was filthy... the bathtub felt old and grungy...not necessarily dirty but chipped tub, rust marks and a big uncovered hole where the shower head pokes out of the wall. Given they updated the room and the decor was nice, they should have gone one extra step and cleaned up the bath rooms. It was passsable for a one night, in and out, bed and shower arrangement, but not recommended for an extended stay.
