Visit Rome First Class
Old world ambiance with modern amenities and first class service. Excellent location, safe neighborhood.Get the deal with a full breakfast. Will stay there on next visit.

Perfect choice of hotel wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
The Hotel Majestic was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. The food and drinks were really expensive in the hotel but this was due to the Euro being so strong to the pound 1 for 1. Perfect location, within walking distance to all sites, 5 mins to Spanish steps, 8 mins to trevi fountain, 10 mins to the Pantheon, 15 mins to Colloseum and Palatine Hill and approx 25 mins to Vatican (we got the metro for 1 euro from Barbarini (1 min from hotel) to Vatican which was 3 stops away as it was raining on the day we chose to visit. Fantastic trip would recommend Rome and the hotel to everyone and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else on our next trip to Rome.
Try not to use public toilets in Rome, they are gross!!!

Honeymoon Haven
My husband and I stayed at Hotel Majestic for 8 nights in August and had a lovely time. The air conditioning was not as strong as we would have liked but the staff was very accommodating and brought a fan for us to use. The included breakfast was amazing. We did not eat at the restaurant in the hotel but the menu sounded fantastic (although not vegetarian friendly).
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
They do not provide irons (require you to pay for the service) so we went to a local grocery store and bought a cheap one. Also, avoid the restaurants on via veneto. The notable exception is the cafe to the immediate right once you exit the hotel (adjacent to the book store). It is reasonably priced and has decent food.
