Grand Hotel Union Business
I found this particular hotel of a high standard in a very central position close to the main sights. The room was very quiet with a view overlooking the city, the bathroom was very modern with an excellent shower and complimentary shampoo, shower gel, etc. The breakfast was excellent with a vast array on offer but I have to say that the coffee at breakfast was quite sickly. There is a small garden where you can just take coffee and lunch and dinner is available. There is a nice pool and small gym on the top floor with a balcony so you can sit outside as well I thouroughly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a central hotel close to all the sights that Ljubljana has to offer. The hotel is currently going under some refit and luckily my room had already been through that process.
Traveller's tip on dining
I was very surprised with the amount of cafes, bars and restaurants on offer in Ljubljana and very close to this hotel. By the river which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel there were endless amount to choose from and I found this city extremely cosmoplitian something I hadnt expected but was pleasantly surprised. I will deffiantly return and especially to this hotel as I found it very conveniant to everything on offer in this charming city

GRAND UNION BUSINESS
We arrived late at night where we met by someone who parked our car for us. Check in - excellent We were taken to our room that was noisey and asked if there was another where we moved without question to a suite. Food was excellent Hotel is by a church clock - so noise can be a problem but so are all city centre hotels 100 metres from city centre 5* hotel with 4* rating

Modern hotel in center of town
Grand Hotel Union Business is a modern hotel in a very convenient location in the middle of Ljubljana, within a few blocks of the major tourist attractions. Our standard room was large, comfortable, and clean. The hotel provides a good breakfast buffet and paid parking in a garage in the hotel’s basement. Overall, a great base for exploring Ljubljana.
