Restaurant food leaves a lot to be desired
Staff in the cafeteria were friendly and efficient. Snack food there fine and very reasonably priced. Restaurant food was dreadful. Room very comfortable and clean. Easy access for airport and Ifera

Very Unprofessional 4Star
From start to finish this hotel did nothing to live up the 4 stars it received. On the 2nd night of our stay we came back to find the room over-run with ants. We notified the receptionist who after much fussing said would we like to change rooms. The staff’s english was laughable and the menu for the Restaurant and room service was limited to sandwiches for most of the day. My partner who is vegetarian had nothing to choose from on their menu. Overall an unhappy stay at this hotel too far from the centre of madrid.
