good location city center so close to bus station although a little bit of walkto picadilly station
overall the staff was very helpful, the cleaning lady was great even left a note if you did not want to be disturbed. The worst part for was the restaurant where I was seated for dinner but no one waited on me so i left, there are plenty of other restaurants nearby, the best part is actually the hotel infront of this one is magnificent what a view

vey central hotel, ideal for a night out in Glasgow! THE BAR IS QUITE DEAR THOUGH. I wil certaimly use this hotel again.

Comfortable room with an ice-box for a bathroom!
The hotel itself is impressive with wide corridors and stairways throughout, although it’s time for an update. The room we had was large and very comfortable with high ceilings but the bathroom was freezing and kind of spoiled it. We were looking for where the cold air was coming from but there was no double glass in the bathroom. The water from the shower came out too hard if we wanted it warm, so after each shower everything in the bathroom got soaked from the water being sprayed and the steam. Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t have a problem staying here again since it’s near the main shopping areas but I would consider somewhere else first.
