Good hotel and well placed
A very clean and comfortable hotel which is in a good position in the town. A short walk from the beach and with a heated pool. The children were in a separate section of the room, when you closed a door, giving some privacy late in the night - an unexpected advantage over a normal hotel room with twin double beds! Food was the usual buffet Hotel fare - good but not outstanding.
Happy Hour 2-4-1 in the hotel opposite 7 - 9pm!

Nothing was too much trouble
Despite arriving just after midnight a cold meal was waiting for us. We had the complete dining room to ourselves! All the staff, reception, dining room staff and room cleaner were very pleasant and efficient. A very late request for packed lunches was met, much to our surprise. Food was excellent, not the place to go to lose weight! We will definitely make a return visit.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
The hotel was situated ideally for Benidorm old town, beach and shopping, including the Barcelona shop for football fans to buy their memorabilia. An ideal location for everything.

plenty of friendly spanish people in hotel , locals and tourists which gave it a homely atmosphere
