Good Value
The 3 Palms is a good value in expensive Scottsdale and is pet friendly. Although it’s out of walking range of the old town and shops, it’s adjacent to a nice park where residents frequently stroll and walk their dogs.

Not overly impressed
Room was small, but clean. We were able to hear people in the other rooms. Telephone did not work and when I told the person at the front desk, they had no response. The hotel website said bathrobes were provided, which they were not. No consierge service either, unless they meant the person at the front desk. Pool was nice.

Average hotel
Hotel staff at the front desk were not overly friendly. They were not rude, but they were not real helpful either. Hotel is pretty old and pool is not near as pretty as it looks from the on-line photos.
