Address Error

The address is wrong. It takes me over an hour and half to get there. It is located in El Conjo instead of San Diego. Also, the telephone number should be put for communication.

Unpleasant, unclean, undeserving

The people who ran the place were pleasant and helpful and willing to accomadatate you in anyway they could. However, they lacked cleaning ability, resources that you shouldn’t need to ask for, and house keeping would always knock becuase there was no sign you could post saying please do not bother. There was one towel in the bathroom for a two person room, the sheets were stained, had hairs of all sorts, the shampoo and conditioner were in one packet together with just enough for one shower for one person. There were two packets placed for two and a half days stay which meant one shower a piece unlesss asked. The hotel was hidden behind denny’s and in the same parking lot in back, the shower was caked in mold and hairs from previous people were on the shower wall and ceiling. They supplied one roll of toilet paper, and of course, they had to call up to warn that their doors sometimes didn’t close so you had to make sure to hear a click and use the extra precaution of the security lock. The door had a gap so you always heard sounds, the windows always seemed open, it made it hard to sleep, kept me and my friend suspicious of someone being out there, and the sink faucet was too close to the edge of the sink so you had trouble washing hands, or rinsing your toothbrush. The atmosphere was altogether unpleasant.
