Would stay there again
This hotel has been heavily criticised in the past which I think is unfair. The room was basic but it was clean and had everything you need. The hotel had been recently refurbished so most things were new. The location was good and was close to Stanstead airport for those who need to travel. Guests had full use of the pool and gym with no added extra payment required which is unusual. Food was good although we only stayed for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and polite. Was also very good value for money. Would stay there again.

Modern and friendly
Clean modern and tidy. Staff friendly and helpfull. Billed twice but immediately refunded. Enjoyed our stay.
