Good location but not a 4 star
The location is very central however it is let down by the overall quality of the hotel. Our A/C was leaking water all over the floor at various times. I asked if we can get a room changed and was told it was happening to all the rooms. I’m not sure how true that was.

Great location
Hotel in great location for all attractions Didn’t realize but could have walked to hotel from station. Room spotless - but tiny fine as a single room. TV needs updating no remote. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was a shame.

ALL staff at the Graben hotel were very helpful and extremely friendly. really couldn’t ask for more!
