nice hotel but next time will plan shuttle scheduling in advance
It is a very nice hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the shuttle service. There was not enough. I had notified them 3 days prior to our departure that we would need shuttle service to the hotel. They should have notified me of the limited service so I could have planned in advance.

Very Nice Hotel
The room was big and very clean, very helpful and nice Hotel staff, great with free hotel shuttle, that made things so much easier.

Needs updating - disappointing for a Holiday Inn
The general appearance of the hotel is below the standard I think of for the Holiday Inn name. We had to ask to be moved from our first room due to the loud noise of the television set from the adjoining room. The front desk was fine in responding to our complaint and changed our room. But the general impression we had was that the hotel needed to be "spruced up."
