Will definately book this hotel next time we visit Venice
This hotel was ideally situated near the train and bus station and the waterbus pick up points. Also near one of the bridges over the Grand Canal so good for walking too. The reception staff spoke good English, were very cheerful and welcoming and were able to recommend good restaurants. The room and bathroom was a good size, modern and clean. Breakfast was good and served between 7am and 11am so you could have an early start or a lie in. There was a very cosy bar area. We will be heading for this hotel next time we are able to visit Venice.

Jewel of a hotel within walking distance from train station
I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past couple of years and have had a great experience both times. It is extremely close and convenient to both the train station and the car rental area. I would recommend that you map it out beforehand though because it is on a tiny alley-like street that is easy to miss. The hotel itself has a beautiful old-world lobby, friendly staff, and good rooms. There is a convenient water taxi stop a block away from the hotel that you can catch to go to St. Mark’s Square and the rest of Venice. I would definitely stay here again.

have no other comparisions, but it was beyond expectations....great breakfast
