Ony to sleep
The Moevenpick Zurich Airport Hotel was very close to the airport, the room was clean and the building well maintained. It also wasn’t terribly expensive. It was, however, a long way from anything to eat other than at the hotel. We got in late and the only thing we could eat at the hotel was chicken wings, a ham and cheese sandwich and fries. For this we paid 19 Euro (about $28 US) for the sandwich and 24 Euro (about $33 US) for the chicken wings. We were later told that Switzerland is very expensive to dine out. These examples were nothing, however, in comparison to the 33 Euro per person breakfast buffet... if you stay there just know that anything you eat will be very pricey!

good value for a weekend
Really good value for money.What also helps is the regular shuttle bus to the airport, where we can travel from, to anywhere, by bus, train or tram. The hotel reception staff are first class, but the bar staff are a bit dozy!

If you like fish, you’ll love the cafe / restaurant on Zurich HB (main) railway station.(Virtually opposite the Info. Centre)

Impressive
The hotel was exceptionally clean. The overall impression was one of top quality and service. I used room service and the food was superb. I would definitly use the Moevenpick whenever I am in Zurich.
