Hotel with great location.
Comfortable modern hotel, great location for tourists and sightseeing as everything is within walking distance. Comfortable spacious rooms. Friendly & helpful staff. Only negative is that the breakfast was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
A very popular destination for tourists. Best to avoid peak season.

Excellent Location
The hotel is located just down the street from the Duomo and near so many of Florence’s great sites. The rooms are good size for European hotel rooms with very big beds and bathrooms. Satellite tv helps make it nice as well.

Definitely stay here again !!!
The room is really nice. We got the top floor room # 702.The view is fabulous. Bathroom is a good size . We stayed there for one week and very happy with it. Wake up in the morning and walk down to the 6th floor for breakfast . We sat on the patio and look at Duomo every morning. What a treat !!! Clean , neat and location is the best! It’s close to everything. The staff is really helpful. I can’t find anything I don’t like about this hotel. We definitely stay here again.
