a great base in Mexico City

The Camino Real is an oasis in the midst of this overwhelming metropolis. Its location in the Polanco area is ideal. We walked to the Anthropology Museum and the Museum of Modern Art, found some nice cafes and restaurants just down the street, and could utiize both taxis and the Metro to get around. The hotel can be quite busy as it seems to be a convention destination, but the service at the housekeeping and room service level was prompt and friendly.

We spent time at La Ciudadela market on Balderas, a 10 minute walk from the Sheraton Centro Historico. The market has a great selection of handicrafts from all over the country at negotiable prices.

Best hotel to stay of going to Universal

The hotel is really 5 stars, the best thing we did was to stay there, you get the fast past included for the parks of Universal and Islands of Adventure, so it is not expensive, no driving. So the best. and the people there amazing...
