More like a 4*, would definitely stay here again!
Had a great time staying at this hotel. We stayed half-board and the food was of a very high standard and of a good variety. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were great apart from the air conditioning which we could sometimes hear going on and off through the night.

Great hotel, will go back
My wife and I thought that this was a great little hotel and we will plan to go back on our next trip to lake garda. Staff were great and extremely helpful. We ate in the hotel and were very impressed by some good quality meals. You may do better by going out but if you and your kids are tired after a day of swimming and sightseeing it is great to be able to eat at the hotel. Our kids loved the pool.

Almost great.
The hotel was very comfortable although our room was small, with a large balcony. I did find the bed rather hard and the pillows hard and lumpy. The breakfasts were great with plenty of variety. The main problem was the 1 mile walk into Desenzano or waiting for a bus, cost 1 Euro. Desenzano itself was a lovely and upmarket town with boat rides all over the lake available from the harbour. The town was lively at night with lots of lovely bars and restaurants and with street entertainers. There was a great atmosphere there. The buses finish about 8 p.m. and there is a taxi or the long walk back to the hotel. The village of Rivoltella where the hotel is situated is very pretty with a few bars and trattorias but is much quieter. I felt that had we had a car the experience of staying here would have much improved the holiday.
