Great Location
Very nice hotel in a great location adjacent to Nanjing Road. Hotel very nice, good service, attentive staff.

Nicest hotel I have been to in China and Best Service
The hotel beds were comfortable, did not see anything that needed renovation per some other reviews. As I am a member of Wyndham by Request I was upgraded to the business level rooms. While dining, they actually offered to shell some crab for me (over and above) and went over the wonderful dinner buffet options. When I needed to refill my SIM card, Concierge not only offered to go out and by a refill for me but also loaded the extra minutes into my phone (no service charge, just excellent service). Needless to say, I felt very comfortable and would highly suggest this hotel to everyone going to Shanghai.
