Satisfied
I was very satisfied with the accomodations at the Hotel La Paul. Room was very clean, the view was phenominal, and the hotel was located close to Verona and Venice for day trips. Lake Garda is a great place to stay and explore, lots of great towns and scenery.
Make sure you visit the castle and "Old" Sirmione. Great old town with lots of dining choices!

Sirmione’s Hotel La Paul - Not great
This was a reasonable place to stay, clean enough, well situated, but not special. The cost was reasonable. The breakfast was not great.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
The small town of Sirmione on Lago de Garda in Northeast Italy is a jewel. Even if you do not stay in the area, park outside and walk over the bridge past the ancient castle and through the tiny streets. Take the trip East to drive through the vineyards of Valpollicella

What a change from the places I had already stayed in . There was a kettle and coffee in the room. Staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel.
