The Convenient and Congenial Hotel in Vilnius
The Mabre Residence Hotel was a little hard to find tucked away off some one-way streets, but it was worth the trouble. Although the room seemed somewhat dated, but well maintained. We had a sitting area and a good view of St Anne’s Cathedral, the major site in the area. Personnel at the desk we very nice and helpful. They provided a city map, then highlighted the points of interest we wanted to see. We were able to walk to most of the places. In Vilnius that is a big plus since driving there is very difficult due to traffic and short winding streets. Safe parking was inside the courtyard. The best part was the excellent breakfast with a wonderful blintz like pancake made to order in addition to a nice buffet.

Pleasant yet disappointing!
I stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend having read some good reviews. Whilst the hotel and ambience of the hotel was good we were disappointed by 3 things. The first was that whilst the room was nice it only had sky lights for windows, secondly the gym was shut and thirdly you had to pay an extra 14.50 euros to use the sauna/ pool. The breakfast was very good. The photo on the Expedia website of the hotel is slightly deceptive as the pond appears larger than it is.

Excellent for business
A wonderful hotel, good service, nice location. Good for a business trip, free high-speed wifi. The central courtyard was very pleasant to sit for breakfast or coffee.
