Nice and quiet place
Just a hotel. The only problem was noisy cleaners trolleys and no wifi. Breakfast were very poor. Don’t take breakfast, if possible. After one week I moved to the hotel at the opposite side of the road and got free wifi at room and no money wasted for hotel’s breakfast.

Basic but satisfying self-catering apartment excellent location near beach,
The location near Fanabe beach is excellent for clean and well serviced beach. Near shops and restaurants plenty of choice to eat and drink, lots of english would prefer more authentic spansish cuisine. No top class restauarants found but adequate enough - prices sometimes steep for quality and unable to find really good white wines. Room was spacious and had great sea view, reception very helpful. Room sfae large and very handy. Rooms need re-decor and modernising but good value for money. Entertainment each night ok, typical spanish hotel style, plenty of karaoke bars if wanted further along the sea front. Lots of kids round pool but very close to beach. Would go again.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Make use of balcony and go to local supermarket to enjoy eating alfresco with sea view - make sure you get a sea view and not road side. Saved loads buying lunches and drinks in supermarket.

Ideal hotel if you have small children
Although the hotel is looking a bit tired, the staff were fantastic, the facilities excellent with full kitchens rather than kitchenettes, and it can’t be beaten for proximity to the beach. In December, the swimming pools were a bit to chilly to spend much time in, but as the beach is right on the backdoorstep, it’s perfect for children.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Hire a car from the airport for the duration of your holiday as they’re very cheap and you can get about if the weather’s not great.
