Very Good Location
Very good hotel, very central location within easy walking distance of all tourist hot spots. Very clean, prices for breakfast very expensive (£24 p.p.) so didnt eat there. Had a few drinks, in hotel bar, about £5 glass of wine and £4.50 pint of lager, average pint in ordinary bar about £2. However, if you get a deal on this hotel take it and get your breakfast in or near Market Square for £5 - £7.
Auschwich and Salt Mines are a MUST SEE on your visit.

Breakfast in Krakow
The breakfasts in the Radisson Hotel were absolutely superb but, boy oh boy so expensive! Would recommend that you treat yourself just once to one of their breakfasts and on the other days walk across the park into the town centre where you have a choice of restaurants that do lovely breakfasts, much, much cheaper. You get the benefit of a good morning walk at the same time! Our room was very nice but the bed was not at all comfortable and at our age this is very important. Seems a shame that a luxury hotel hasnt invested in decent beds - rather defeats the object!

Everything was easy
I took an elderly man who uses a wheelchair, and three teenagers to Krakow. We chose the SAS Raddison hoping for good accessibility but thought we might lose out on character or friendliness. In fact everyone in the hotel was not just helpful but also relaxed and friendly. The location is very good - very near the old town square and the castle, quiet, and with views onto the canopy of trees in Planty and the trams rumbling by below. Service was quick and efficient and we got help with anything we needed. The best discovery was the Polakowski self service restaurant nearby - we ate there for 3 nights it was so good, and such great value.
