Not sure if I would recomend this hotel 100%
Though it was clean, and close to the beach with a small swimming pool on the top of the hotel it seems to be rather run down and very sad hotel. The breakfast rather simple, the decore seems like going back to the 70s. If you on the bagget for two or three nights its ok for longer stay go for better standard!!!
Traveller's tip on dining
Some good restaruants in the St. Julians in the Spinola Bay, Rafael and the one above it. Bouzouki also good!!! What ever you do dont miss MIDINA

Clean but not spectacular
Very clean & tidy, staff friendly but hotel is a bit tired, No tea making facilities in room, bar closed at 9pm, washbasin broken and siliconed together, bathroom door catch didnt work for example, but for all that it is worth repeating that it is spotlessly clean.
Traveller's tip on dining
Some decent places to eat at very reasonable prices in Sliema, even now whe the pound is worth next to nothing two decent single course meals and a bottle of local wine can be had for 20 euros. If you like crisp dry white wine try the local Green Label - excellent!

Average Hotel
No problems with the room, comfortable. Hotel staff seemed less than interested in assisting with any information, simply saying go to local tourist office. One male member of staff did manage to arrange a day trip to Gozo for us, so credit to him. The other staff appeared disinterested. On day of arrival we arrived at hotel at 12.30, to be told check in was not till 13.00. In such scenarios, it is common to see if the room was ready now, but staff unwilling to see if this was the case.
