Friendly, clean, quiet, excellent location

I recommend this hotel if you were not looking for luxury or full-service. Location is excellent. You can walk to most of attractions. Bus services are excellent nearby. You should expect to handle your bags, find food elsewhere, etc., but the staffs at front were very helpful and willing to help. Not much view from our room (#9), but the room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient. We stayed 2 nights and were happy overall.

Traveller's tip on dining

We had some tapas and wine at Taberuna Salinas II on the way back to the hotel from cathedral. Good food and service for reasonable price. I recommend it if you are looking for quick and easy meal or snack.

Fabulous location

A beautiful hotel hidden within the heart of the old city. The staff were friendly and welcoming but given there is no room service or bar ...commenting on actual service is hard. In terms of rooms - we booked an executive room but it wasn’t great. We had to put the curtain up every night as it wasn’t fixted to the wall. The bed was awfully uncomfortable - waking up with neck and back ache isn’t what you’d expect in any hotel - especially in an executive room. The breakfast was poor too. I’d recommend new beds, a bar where you can sit in the court yard and a better breakfast. However - Granada...amazing!

Friendly service, great location, nice atmosphere and a decent room

Room Mate Migueletes is set in a courtyard (formerly a private house) about a minute’s stroll from Plaza Nueva, in the heart of historic Granada. Reception staff were friendly and spoke good English (and tolerated my poor Spanish!), the breakfast had a good range of food available, and the decor is perfectly suited to the location. The room was not especially large, but this didn’t really matter for a 2-night stay.
