Best hotel experience
Absolutely fantastic. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Very close to train station which was useful in getting around the city. Hotel views are spectacular. Definetely 5 star class and highly recommended

Big room, beautifully furnished (contemporary), good service, convenient location, easy to walk everywhere and underground station 2 minutes away.

Good, nice quality hotel, would recommend for business traveller
Have stayed in other Steigenberger hotels so went with the brand for trip to Hamburg. Hamburg hotel felt a little old in terms of decor, but still quite modern and very clean/fresh. Was on business so cant say if good base for a tourist type trip, but concierge and reception very helpful with trains/taxis etc.
