Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to downtown Montreal
Excellent value for the price. Balcony rooms, penthhouse level pool and sauna, buffet breakfast included, friendly staff.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Use the nearby parking lot a block and a half away for seven canadian doilars a day instead of the parking garage, which is too small and has very low ceiling and costs much more.

Value for money
We got a good deal, so it was value for money. In a good location for metro and city centre, rooms were good and the pool was great. For such a big hotel only 2 elevators was nowhere near enough, and the breakfast wasnt very good and very disorganised - plastic plates and cutlery!
10 min walk to Rue Crescent where there are lots of restaurants, plus 5 mins on subway to latin quarter.

Would not stay here again
I did not like this location I would pick one closer to old Montreal. The noise at night kept me up all night(Party on the street from my guess) went on till 5 am and we had to get up at 6 am. The beds where doubles which is ok if you are by yourself. The hotel staff where helpful but a little rude. On the good side the hotel was clean and the kitchen where nice but we did not use it.
