Hotel Service
Staff were unbelievable! Made you feel very welcome, very friendly whilst sharing a few jokes. lets not forget willing to assist in any way they could. A friend of mine was a bit sick, the concierge went and got her some cough lollies at his own expense... looking out for your health and safety is a def yes!! hope to return to the Holiday INN LAX one day soon.

I am Impressed!, Great Hotel Transformation
Wow! The Hotel look amazing after the recent total renovation, The lobby looks very Modern, clean and the staff was very helpful specially the bellman. I came in with my wife ans stayed on one of the top floors,I was blownaway by how nice this Holiday Inn rooms are, needless to say my wife and I enjoyed the stay. We got a chance to check out their renovated Restaurant and Lounge pretty cool ambiance, food was great, The Full Breakfast buffet set up was very convenient for someone like me who is on the go, they even offer a waffle station. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
