Not Bad
Pretty good. Good food, room ok but Do Not Disturb was ignored 3 times. good pool area. 95% of guests were German.

Hotel the best we have found or used on Gran Canaria , will certainly use again
From the start the hotel was brilliant arriving very late we were greeted at reception warmly, and although the restaurant was closed a light supper had been put aside for us.Our room 312 overlooked the beautiful tranquil gardens and was spotlessly cleaned daily, the food in the restaurants and bars was first class with plenty of choice, sitting around the poolside in the evening was very relaxing and the waiting staff very attentive.This is a hotel my partner would certainly choose again.
The hotel provides courtesy buses hourly to the beautiful beach at Maspolomas and these are much appreciated after a hard days sunbathing as the beach is down a long winding road, alright going but along walk back.Plenty of great bars and restaurants within easy reach and the taxis are really cheap if you fancy going further afield

Excellent value for money
Really good hotel. Very good choice of food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great for families and children. Very quiet location but close to all the attractions of Playa del Ingles.
