nice people, old hotel
besides the toilet running all night, and the fact there is no heaters in any of the rooms the bed was nice, old shower that was recently retiled, nice little breakfast included with room. great large flat screen TV but not to many channels.

Needs Improvement
The hotel is in the best location and I’m sure it makes a ton of money,so why then don’t they remodel it? It’s so old and dumpy. It’s the ugliest room I’ve ever stayed in, however, it’s in the best location, right across the street from the beach and the pier.

Beach Hotel
We stayed for 1 night, the hotel is very close to the Beach, and Warf is within 2 minutes walk. The room has a new Flat Screen TV, and Fans are provided for cooling (though ceiling fan didn’t work). Wireless Internet is provided free and works well. The room itself is small by US standards, and dated, and the bed was without doubt one of the hardest we have ever slept on. The walls are thin and with a group of Yoofs sharing the next room it was not a quiet night. Staff are very firendly and Breakfast was good, which you could take back to the room. Over all, if you need to Stay in Santa Barbara, for a night, this will be an option.
