A lovely break!
Lovely hotel in a quiet part of the Algarve not far from the bustling town of Albufeira. Very close to some fabulous beaches and cafe/restaurants where the fresh fish, in particular, was just superb! Hotel was extremely clean and well appointed - staff were very helpful and courteous and they even presented us with a complimentary birthday cake without prompting from my partner and I that we were celebrating. Overall a great break and we would have no hesitation in coming back here again.

5 Star Luxury at 4 Star Prices
I have been visiting the Algarve for the past 25 years and have stayed in many hotels there but this one has to be the best of them all - including 5 star hotels. It looks imposing and modern outside and this is carried through to the inside. Rooms are large with plenty of facilities. The public areas are excellent and the whole hotel well-maintained. The staff at all levels were very friendly,extremely courteous and very professional. A car is a necessity - although the hotel provides a free return bus service into Albufeira a number of times each day. An excellent hotel all round.
Traveller's tip on dining
The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from the O Marinheiro restaurant which has to be one of the best restaurants on the Algarve. Excellent food and service to match.

Nice, Hotel Baia Grande
Nice hotel, just a bit out of the way, but there is a bus from the hotel you can book. The entertainment was not very good, but overall we had a good time, Yes we would use this hotel again
