Good 2 star hotel
Our fifth visit. Staff helpful and friendly. Good access to public transport (SNCF, Provence Railways, Tram and Buses) Is it possible to rent Studio Apartments via Expedia? Very small baths-take a shoe horn!

Nice tidy hotel, given the choice of two rooms with very helpful pleasant staff hotel near to train station and tram line.

Perfect place in Nice
We walked from the train station with our luggage - an easy walk - and to/from the beaches and Old Nice every day. It is a great location, away from the bustling crowds. The front desk staff is fabulous - they couldn’t be more helpful - and the rooms were clean and bright with everything we needed. For the price, you can’t beat it. I’d stay there again even if I DIDN’T want to save money!

If you are flying out of Nice and want to use public transport to the airport, don’t schedule the 730 am flight out on a Sunday!
