No Elevator /Lift
There is no elevator in the hotel. Our room was on 3rd floor. It was hard to climb stairs with luggage. Staff at desk were friendly.

Not Impressed
Located right outside Grimialdi train station and acceptable as a pitt stop and thats about it. The neighborhood is disgusting (dirty, rundown, graffetti everywhere, and not safe). You will have to take a cab or bus to the naples airport. The cab will cost 20 euros. The room was small and fairly clean. Their aren’t any decent restaurants in the neighborhood to eat at so we went to the train station and had fast food. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast which was not any good.
Traveller's tip
Naples does have some worthy areas to stay in and this isn’t one of them. Walking was even risky whether you were trying to cross the street or go to a store.

Don’t go there if you have any mobility problems or appreciate ambiance
Goodness knows where the 3 start rating comes from. For a start there is no lift and the bedrooms are up a steep staircase (no help with the bags). My bedroom was equipped with disability aids and had all the charm of a bus shelter as did the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was sparse, cereals and rolls.It was certainly cheap but expedia portrayed it as a ’deal’ rather than that it was priced as it should have been i.e. a rock bottom hotel.
