Convenient to Duke
I picked this hotel because it was so convenient to Duke. The price is good but we will not stay there again. Definitely get a second floor room. On the first floor you can hear the people above role over in their bed! The mattress felt like a 20 year old mattress. The full kitchen is convenient if you have a long stay or do not like to go out to eat. It was clean but the definitely not new.

very cool place to stay
Nice condo. Too small to live in long term, but great for short stays, and more home-like than a hotel. Nice courtyard/garden/pool area with life-sized chess, shuffleboard, gazebos to sit under. Very peaceful. Room was clean and comfy, though the bed could have been longer. But at 6’1" I often run into that problem. Overall highly recommended.

Going back
The staff here was awesome. This is a relaxing place with downtown in walking distance! The courtyard is to die for, amazing! Everyone was so friendly. We will be back!
