Excellent value modern hotel
It’s a fully modern hotel, excellent rooms, good breakfasts. Don’t be put off by it’s dull surroundings, in the sadder end of town between a motorway and busy road: it’s airconditioned and has excellent sound insulation so you don’t hear traffic. There are pleasant cafes and restaurants on the ’smart’ road just one street away. The airport bus stop is 5 minutes walk, the old town tourist attractions 15 minutes walk.

Vilnius is a gorgeous city for a weekend break. Beautiful churches. Large old town.

Nothing wrong with this hotel
A clean, tidy hotel about a 15 minute stroll to the old town. If you are looking for a stay at reasonably priced hotel this a good choice, Vilnius is an excellent destination for a weekend trip.

Good exercise!
The hotel was entirely adequate for it’s 3 star rating and as a resting place in between sightseeing. However it would be tough if you were confined there for some reason, the bar is dreary and the TV has only the worst of the free satellite channels. Its a fair walk into the old town, very pleasant in the sunshine but I expect less fun in poorer weather.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you’re only there for a few days check out the opening days of the museums as many are closed on Mondays as well as Sundays.
