Poor physical plant
Needs lots of maintenance. Needs new linen, coffee, general deep cleaning.

Avalon Lodge in South Lake Tahoe
Nice location, but poor service. Its now 9:30am on a Sunday, the lobby is still not open. I have a coffee maker, but no coffee! and what about the Continental Breakfast? This is not a 3 star motel. No air conditioning, minimal towels. The room is clean, the location is great, but for the price? There are much nicer & more professionally run motels just down the road.

not impressed at all
price to high for classw of hotel,no small towels,wash cloths,window shade broken,vending did not work and did not refund money.there was no continental breakfast.
