It shouldn’t be a 5 stars hotel
The hotel is in a very nice location, the beach was wonderful. But the service was very bad they had a very very old towels, no soap, shampoo or body wash, the food they presentend was very bad ( the quantity and the quality). The stuff in the front desk were mean. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I would be satisfied if this were a 2 stars hotel.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The Taj Sultan is a very nice 4* hotel as per european standards, don’t be fooled by the 5* status, this is only differentiated by price in places like Tunisia. The best thing about this hotel compared to others in Yasmine is the beach is connected directly to the hotel and not over the main road as most of the other hotels, going between the fabulous pool and beach is almost too easy! Oh and make sure you grab a drink with Kahlid at the beach bar, he’s a legend...

Nice pool and Beach location.
Beds had broken legs Shower had leaking pipe No soap was left in bathrooms Had to ring up 4 to 5 time to get room service, And then it was very delayed.

Beaware of the shop keepers.They work out prices in stirling currancy and convert into dinars, If an item is worth 5 Dinars they will try to sell it for 20 Dinars.
