Out Of The Ordinary Hotel - Shame About The Service
Very nice hotel on arrival we were upgaded to a suite. Thia restaurant suberb. Only complaints curtesy bus didn’t turn up when we had called them. When we rang the Hotel he hadn’t even left. My other complaint we ordered breakfast in our room on the morning of departure as we had an early start. It didn’t arrive and reception wasn’t answering our phone calls even though the Hotel offers 24hr service.

Fantastic service
We were unable to stay due to a computer problem. Having taken the booking the Hotel made a booking at another 4 star hotel nearby at no charge to us and provided a bottle of champagne in the room. All free. They could not have behaved better. That is real service. We will be back to stay with them soon.
