Good Value
The hotel is in a great location. Close to everywhere you will want to go. Coffee shop around the corner for breakfasr and around the corner from a metro stop. The rooms were quiet. We did not experience any street noise. Rooms have all amenities you will require. Bed is on the hard side and the pillows were awfull. Very clean and also pleasant and helpfull staff. When we were there the hot water went out intermittently and we did not have internet service the first day. They made every attempt to fix problems, but no one was really authorized to try and compensate for problems other than apologise. The manager finally agreed to comp breakfast for our last 2 days after we had spotty hot water for 3 days. Overall, more than acceptable if you get a realy good rate. If the rate is high, you can do better.

Great place to stay in Madrid
Understand, all rooms in Europe are smaller than USA. Ok, now that we understand this, We were very impressed with this Hotel chain, We stayed here and at the Soma. I liked this place more because its closer to the Center of Madrid on a quiet St. There are Tapas bars all over the place. there is a Metro station practically outside your door. Don’t take taxis, the Metro is beyond excellent to get around. Just study the routes for 5 minutes and it will come to light.
Traveller's tip on dining
La Fragua del Volcano and Malaespina a few blocks away are great. Try to avoid la Casa Del Abuelo

Second stay at the hotel was just as wonderful as the first.
This is a fantastic hotel. Its central location, modern design, clean and spacious rooms make it our favourite in Madrid. Our only gripe would be that there wasn’t an iron we could borrow. But a gripe which wouldn’t change our mind about staying here for our next trip.
