Wonderful Experience
We don’t like tourist resort with big highrise hotels. This is hotel is large, but it does not give you that feeling. We were pleasantly surprised. This was our first visit to the south of Portugal so we wanted to drive around and see as much as possible. We actually did not have the time to fully enjoy the beautiful room and secluded patio. We will have to come back. We really enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Rooms were very comfortable, clean, light and airy. Hotel is situation in a prime position to the town facilities and has a lovely atrium with a soothing water feature in the middle which each room leading from this atrium on each floor. 4* value for money during low season - will be back!

Excellent stay
Lovely hotel, superb location, beautiful public areas. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and would recommend this option as, while the breakfast buffet was very good, we did try an evening meal that was less than satisfactory. The bar is terrific but was completely dead in the evenings during our visit in March. Service was very friendly and highly efficient.
Traveller's tip on dining
Lots of superb restaurants in the resort. We were in the Algarve to discover orchids and were not disappointed. Magnificent flora.
