Great Location in Need of TLC
This is a fine old hotel that is inviting and offers services of more expensive hotels in the Copley Square area. That said, the bathroom fixtures could stand to be upgraded. Interior walls and trim could stand to be retouched to remove nicks and scuffs.

Happy Travels
Extremely nice and helpful staff. They even helped me with a variety of menus to order in dinner one night. Great location. Boston is a very walkable city. I was very happy to find that I was less than a block away from my convention site, for less than half of the convention hotel price.
