Great value and location
We stayed in room 211. Clean, quiet and convenient. We regularily utilized the wireless internet access and had the morning breakfast during our 8 day stay (eat before 0900 to avoid the crowd). Breakfast was good and consisted of coffee, juices, cereals, fruit, yogurts, bagels, bacon, sausage etc.(eggs were "unique" but edible). Very convenient access to the Edmonton West Mall and surrounding area.

I shopped around all the travel websites to include direct to the hotel. This was the best deal that met my criteria 1: Price 2: Quality 3: Free breakfast 4. Free Parking 5: Free internet

Adequate If You Like a Firm Bed
The hotel is about 25 minutes from the Edmonton Airport and there are plenty of good restaurants, a shopping mall and a WalMart within a 5 minute drive. The hotel rooms are clean and the decor is up to date. The beds are very firm which may or may not be to your liking. Being accustomed to a foam mattress, I found them to be too firm and did not sleep particularly well. The pool area seemed to be a big hit for those who were travelling with kids. The free buffet breakfast included standard fare: waffles, cereal, yougurt, egg and sausage biscuits, etc. The business center had one PC that guests could use to access the internet.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
The local exotic dance clubs are the worst I’ve ever been too. Save your money. If you like steak, there are three good steak houses within easy driving distance including an Outback.

Bugs in the bed.
Me and my guest found bugs in our bed. WE all got bug bites all over our legs and back. The hotel was nice enough to give us money to wash all our clothes and gave us another room to stay at during our stay. We collected a few of the bugs in a water bottle to show the management. To be fair to the hotel, I think where ever there is oil sand projects going on, and folks from that business stays in any hotel, you may get these bugs. The hotel was nice enough to refund our money for our stay.
