Very impressed
Didn’t know what to expect after reading previous reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Room very clean and comfortable. Reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing and very good value and above the norm (- smoked salmon!!) I was in the main hotel however, and glad I took my earplugs due to traffic outside. Tram stop right outside and very close to main railway station. Would recommend it.

U/g train numbers 1 and 2 are the ones that run to this hotel from Hannover station. S5 from railway station to airport. Found Hannover Railway station a bit confusing, and no staff to speak of, but public very helpful!!

Hotel ?? Or Motel?
I was not happy with this "hotel", clearly its not a hotel. I was given a room 80 metres away from the reception in a completely different block, like an American motel. In my opinion its not safe at night for women or those travelling alone, the front door that goes to your room is insecure. Everything in this place was substandard including the bed. The one good thing was the wireless internet, it was fast and always available. Car park was open and insecure. Tram station to city centre was close by.

Adequate Value Hotel
Rooms basic but good work table and good WiFi signal. Bed & Bedding OK. Breakfast selection was reasonable. Hotel staff were helpful. Location is good for tram system, tram stop 50m and hotel has parking and is easy to find. So for value for money it is very good; not however for luxury or romantically minded.
