Best Western Hotel Belfort

The Best Western Belfort Hotel is situated on the corner of the market square of Kortrijk, in front of the Gothic town hall. Behind the elegant façade, the visitor will find 30 comfortable guest rooms, all equipped bathroom, modem connection and all the listed facilities. Our Restaurant Bistro 't Kopke is a must for your business lunches. On sunny days, we recommend our large terrace. The hotel is located at only 5 kms from the airport Kortrijk/Wevelgem, near the E17 motorway and at 2 kms from the Kortrijk XPO exhibition halls. We offer a friendly, customer focused service in a pleasant atmosphere.

Kortrijk is a little known gem

We picked this hotel solely from its location, as we were visiting a beer festival nearby. We had never been to Kortrijk before, and so didn’t realise that the city has some impressive features. Staying at the Belfort and the attractions of Kortrijk was a major plus for our trip, and we’ll be back next year.

Traveller's tip on local attractions

See the Beguinage, which is a medieval walled town within a town and is World Heritage listed; the river bridge dominated by medieval towers; ancient churches; pedestrianised shopping centre with great cafes. The Belfort, which is close to all the above, overlooks the Grote Markt, the main square, and we had a great view of events held there, yet the effective double glazing meant we had peaceful nights.
