fantasic hotel but
Food at hotel excellent & plentyful,staff very friendly & helpful but evening meal times have been changed from 7-9 to 8-10 since I last stayed which I think is a bit late & also asked for wake up call but was not forthcomming but all in all excellent hotel.

Will defintely use again.
Very satisfied with the hotel - the only down side was the congestion around the outside pool - very small considering the size of the hotel so it meant we didn’t use it but patio area overlooking the pool very pleasant. Children’s area great with plenty of shade so a really good point.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Excellent gym and indoor pool and although it was charged it was at a discounted rate. Evening entertainment was not brilliant but much the same as all the hotels in the area.

Best Hotel in Benidorm
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Barmen were very nice. Food was brilliant, especially Christmas Lunch was a fantastic 6 courses lunch with as much drink as much as you wanted. Only downside was they charge for the indoor pool, gym, sauna facilities, this should be made clear in the bookings and the outside pool was available to use.
