Would return
I booked this hotel to have quiet relaxing week end of September. When checking in was assigned a different and smaller room than had booked. After creating a fuss, was upgraded to a larger and cleaner double room. Enjoyed rest of week. Food was good, nightly entertainment was good, although I thought parrot show as a bit unsuited to the age group of clientelle. Staff in dining area tended to be a bit grumpy. Hotel is in quiet but central location. Would return.

Santa Ponsa Park 3-Star I don’t think So!!
Rooms very basic, Cannot say that this is a 3 star hotel.Only got tioletries one day, Not enough room for more than one suitcase and only two drawers for the clothes. Claimed they had WiFi but neither my Iphone or my Daughters netbook could get a signal. If you like social clubs then this is the place for you as the bar was too open and the entertainmnet was a bit on the amatuer side, needless to say we didn’t bother with it. The pool table was useless with one of the pockets blocked for the whole week,and only one useable que, obviously they were not bothered about maintenance on that. The usual stiory witht the sunbeds not enough and you had to be an early riser to getr yours reserved by towel. My son went to the bar and bought a cup of coke, in a plastic cup, which cost 2 Euro and was full of ice so it had about two mouthfulls in it - so I told hime to go to the Supermaercado (about 30 yards from the hotel) and bottle was only 80 Cents. soon figured out where to buy from! Must say I used the Reviews from here and Trip advisor but for me it was bad advice.
Rent a car, and drive to Magaluf for the Aqua parks, Make sure you get some discount tickets first from the hotel or elsewhere. Magaluf also has the Karting and Pirates within about 1/2 mile from each other. By the way do not buy the Quartedeck tickets for Pirates unless of course you do not like queing up as it is not worth the extra.

good quality no frills comfortable hotel
Clean comfortably hotel with good food. Within 5 mins walk of the superb beach.Bar prices are quite expensive in Hotel and local bars, may be better to go ’all inclusive’.There 2 good size swimming pools plus indoor pool with plenty of free sunbeds.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Go all inclusive as drinks are quite expensive in hotel and about, may improve if Euro gets cheaper.
